We achieve this by first and foremost getting you your results in the fastest time possible. This goes a long way in maintaining excellent DMR reporting. If our analysis isolates any exceedance you will know about it fast. We will take the time to call you if you happen to exceed any of the parameters that you are required to monitor. This pays large dividends because you no longer have to wait for the mail.

Also in the case that you have submitted a BOD or CBOD with your sample you now do not have to wait the five days before your BOD is completed to know you have a problem. After you receive the telephone call from our laboratory you then can make the adjustments and submit another sample for analysis.

Wait it gets better!

Now that we know you have had a small bump in a certain parameter we will rush the next sample through for you. After we complete the analysis we will perform the calculations to determine if that sample has brought you down to acceptable levels for you. Then, as before, you will receive another telephone call to let you exactly where you stand.
